As I’m sure many of you know, Cambria is and has been a haven for artists for years. When you walk through the village, you’ll find yourself surrounded by creativity, artist galleries, and works of art. It’s truly a remarkable and inspirational place to be , and even more so during the holidays.
Every Autumn, we have a wonderful Scarecrow festival to celebrate the changing of the seasons and our wonderful community artists. Each year, the city commissions scarecrows from local artists, schools, associations, organizations, and businesses. This year, we have 200 scarecrows lined up throughout Cambria on display for the whole month of October! Along with just walking around and soaking up the creativity energy, the city has also organized a host of events that you can partake in.
In mid-month, from October 12-14, there is a great Harvest Fest to complement the scarecrows. The Harvest Fest will take place at the Cambria Historical Museum.
