Recently a friend and I headed off for Robin’s “Sunday Music and Tapas.” I’ve always enjoyed dining at Robin’s: I love their fresh, local, creatively styled cuisine, that is tailored to meat eaters and vegetarians alike.
This visit was my first time eating outside in the gardens. I found myself amongst a riot of brilliant hued flowers and shrubs – absolutely magnificent: the food as well as the setting! Sipping wine, listening to live music, while enjoying delicious tapas with my friend was a perfect “10″ out of 10.
My first tapas of the night was a wonderfully fresh ahi – delightful!
But, the great thing about tapas is that they are meant for sharing, so we ordered up another dish of crab samosas and also a peach with lavender goat cheese and arugula pizzette (sorry no picture we dove in before I could get the camera out.) Frankly, they were all wonderful and each, I would highly recommend. If you have yet to visit Robin’s you are in for a real treat!
Robin’s is open 7 days a week and located in the quaint village of Cambria. Enjoy!
