Five Star Review - Great Hotel close to Hearst Castle

One of the things that makes Cambria a very special town, even special when considering how truly cool the Central Coast is as a whole, is how close are to Hearst Castle. How many other towns can say they have a Castle in their own backyard? Well, a fair few of our guests incorporate a trip to Hearst Castle into their plans and we love that they do. It's a spectacular place and well worth the trip.

This is a quaint hotel located in Cambria, CA just 5 minutes from Hearst Castle. It is a fairly new boutique hotel. We did not use any of the spa services. The Lobby bar was nice. Service was great. We got a suite for around 150.00. The room was spacious and well appointed. The fireplace came in handy a few times. Great choice if you are going to Hearst Castle. The town of Cambria, which is about 0.5 mile from the hotel pretty much shuts down at dark. A few bars and restaurants were open and that was it.
