Time to Warm Up with Wine, Cheese and Friends

I don't know, but it always feels a little sad as Summer fades. Soon the temperatures drop and it's time to warm ourselves indoors by the fire with wine and friends.

Let's get toasty warm, the fire 'a blazing' and plan to enjoy the Fall season with full gratitude. Sounds Corny, but why not decide to enjoy the season of Fall and take stock of all the blessings we find ourselves enjoying. Point is: We are living in this beautiful piece of the world; the seasons give us something special to celebrate; and, most importantly - We're ALIVE!!

The Hotel Colibri does a great job of pairing wine and cheese; we have yet to master the art of pairing cheese and honey. O.K., admittedly one might be getting esoteric with this pairing of  cheese and honey tasting. I found this link and couldn't resist. You may want to try it... Looked awfully delicious to me....
