“Ideal Hotel if you are Traveling HWY 1”
We booked this hotel because it was located close to Highway 1 and we needed a hotel close to Hearst castle which we were visiting the following day. The quality of the hotel was outstanding and the staff were very helpful on our arrival. The hotel has a underground car park with enough spaces for all the guests.

We booked a Kingsize room and it was fantastic. There was plenty of room and all the furniture was modern, there was a leather sofa which was very comfortable.The Spa and steam room were located on the 1st floor and were well worth using. There was a continental type breakfast in the morning which was enough to get you going in the morning. There are plenty of eating houses across the road on Main Street for evenoing meals but you would need to drive to most of them.

“Loved this Place”
I find it a little nerve wracking to book smaller, non chain hotels online. Not that I havent had bad experiences with chain hotels but you have a some level of comfort knowing that certain standards are LIKELY to be met. I couldnt have made a better choice of hotels by booking El Colibri. We wished we had more time in Cambria just to stay her longer. The hotel was beautifully furnished and decorated in a modern, subdued yet completely original style. The hotel was quiet and restful, the toiletries were very nice the complimentary breakfast buffet was even nice. The wifi service was free and the parking convenient. You can go directly from the parking garage to your room without having to go thru the lobby. Our room was spacious with a seperate living room, king bed, 2 televisions and a jacuzzi. The staff was very very nice and super helpful. One of our best small hotel experiences.

“A Wonderful Time”
It was everything we expected. The king suite was very specious with a very comfortable sitting area. The continental breakfast was very nice. We found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Incredible Service from the Staff!
The staff was great and helpful. The staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The staff warmed up food that we had brought with us since we have special diet restrictions. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It's right off of Hwy 1 and within walking distance to town.
